You can initiate account deletion directly from within the Potty Pal AI app by navigating to Account Settings › Delete Account or by contacting our support team at support@pottypalai.com.
For any automatically generated "guest" accounts (if applicable), a deletion option will also be available in the app.
Upon receiving your deletion request, we will permanently remove your account and all associated personal data from our records, unless we are legally required to retain specific information (e.g., for tax or legal compliance related to purchases).
All user-generated content associated with your account (such as child profiles, potty logs, and AI chat messages) will also be deleted.
If you have an active subscription, you will be guided on how billing and cancellations will be managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You may choose to schedule deletion to align with your subscription expiration or request immediate deletion.
We will retain your data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law.
Once your account is deleted, your data will be removed from our systems within 30 days, and a confirmation will be provided upon completion, adhering to local laws.
You may withdraw your consent to data collection (including parental consent) at any time by deleting your account or contacting us. If parental consent is withdrawn, we will stop processing your child's data and may delete related records, unless retention is legally required.
